Booking policy

The minimum age requirement to book Spa-Smart and to experience treatments is 18. To bring the Spa-Smart experience to the younger age, please learn about our spa kids initiative.

Please use our online Booking Form to request your service(s). Once you submit the booking request correctly, our team will process it and will get back to you with an update on the status of your booking.

Your booking confirmation is based on availability, and our team will respond to your booking request within 24 to 48 hours max with the status of your booking.

The payment shall be settled once you have received our confirmation.


Payment Policy

All our mobile spa services are prepaid:

-individual services– 24 hours before the service,

-group services- $100-$200 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking confirmation and full payment 48-72 hours before the event.

To start your booking request we require payment information on file (credit card, spa gift card(provider, number, amount and pin if any). You can pay for your services with a credit card, PayPal payment, email money transfer to (order(at)spa-smart.com) or cheque, in order to secure your appointment date. Payment through PayPal is very easy, quick and safe by using credit without signing up or from your paypal account.

We accept: Amex, MC, Visa & cheques (we must receive the cheque – bank or draft or money order, sorry no personal cheques accepted – one week prior to appointment date).

Spa Smart does not accept cash, however you may always make a direct cash deposit to the company’s account at any TD Canada Trust branch: Spa Smart, branch number: 4608, account number: 5213261. Our spa technicians may accept a cash gratuity (tip).

We also accept our own Spa Smart, WaySpa, SpaFinder, Spaweek, gift cards and certificates.


Cancellation/ Refund Policy

For individual services we require a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment to receive a 100% refund. Cancellations for group events or for an entire spa party must be made 72 hours in advance in order to receive a refund for the services with the exception of the paid deposit, which is non-refundable. Once your appointment date has been reserved for your event/spa party, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows. No refunds will be issued after the service(s) was/were completed as scheduled. If a client is not satisfied by any services being provided, and they are not stopped by the client and Spa Smart is not notified immediately of any problems, the services will be deemed completed to the client’s satisfaction, and the client will not be entitled to any refund thereafter.
