Shipping Rates and Policies.
Free shipping in Canada with orders over $145.00 CAD, or a Flat Rate of $13.50 will be used for any other orders.

We ship via Canada Post because there is less hassle with mailing our products than with courier companies and the parcel is insured.
Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you the next business day after your purchase. You can track your order from www.canadapost.ca putting the tracking number in for progress.
Also, we realize that these shipping methods may take a bit longer, not much longer, but we are all about reducing the fuel usage and carbon footprint we create, so in the end we believe this is best for you, us and the environment too. We have kept our shipping policy as simple and easy as possible, we hope you agree.
Shipping within Canada by Canada Post has a delivery time of approximately 3-5 business days. Expedited Post is trackable and insured for up to $100.00. If additional insurance is requested there will be an additional charge.
Return Procedure:
No returns, sorry. All sales are final if/when shipped.
Damaged goods/Incorrect shipment:
If you have received a damaged or incorrect package, as a result of Canada Post's failure, please send an email through the Contact Us page. Please reference your order number and we will provide instructions for returning the item and obtaining a replacement. All items must be reported within the 15 day return policy period. Please keep proof of postage and damage, if any, to facilitate your claim should goods be lost or damaged in transit. We endeavor to handle all returns within 15 - 20 working days. We cannot guarantee credit without confirmation of delivery and/or above the default $100.00 insurance coverage.
Exchanges:
No exchanges, sorry. All sales are final if/when shipped.
Refused Delivery:
If your order is refused upon delivery and returned to us, we will charge a restocking fee of $15 Cdn. plus any return shipping expenses. If your order is returned to us because of a mistake in the address that was entered by you, we will have to charge you for the return shipping charges. To ensure proper delivery please make sure you have included your full address, postal code, apartment number, buzzer number and phone number.
Cancelled Orders:
Please be aware that we often process orders the same day they are placed or the next day, so you may not be able to cancel your order after it is placed. If you request to cancel your order and it is boxed and waiting for pick up by the delivery service, you will be refunded the amount of the order less 15% of the product price as a restocking fee.
Method of Credit:
We will credit you via the same method of payment used for the order. Credit card credits usually take several days to show up on your account.
