Our Booking Procedure

 

To serve you better please note that all requests for services are to be submitted online by filling out ALL of the required fields of our Booking Request Form with accurate and valid information.  Before placing your booking request, please check our Location page for your specific service area to verify if a day spa location is available there, or if only mobile/outcall services are provided.

Please indicate in the “Comments” section any additional details, such as:

  • Your preferred approximate time or time range for the services to be done;
  • Number, type and length of service per person;
  • Any other additional details or comments related to your booking request.

To start booking your requested service(s), we require your payment information on file for reservation purposes – this is NOT an actual payment nor is it a guarantee of your booked appointment. You will receive the update on the status of your booking within 24 to 72 hours from submitting your request with full details including the address, complete list of services, desired date/time of services and the payment information. Your full payment for the services will be due only with prior confirmation and as per our Payment Policy. Ways to provide your payment information:

a) via contact form / e-mail

b) by phone:  please provide your contact phone number and the best time(s) to reach you by our staff

 

Booking requests with missing/incomplete or inaccurate information will not be processed.
